The INOVEE project, funded with 1.5 million euros by the European Union under the AMCC+ program, aims to strengthen the resilience of coastal communities in the Pichon watershed to the effects of climate change. It takes an integrated approach spanning from the Pichon Waterfalls to the Lagon des Huitres National Natural Park.

The project is structured around three main areas: ecosystem restoration, improving community livelihoods, and strengthening local governance.

It includes the distribution of equipment, training, and the construction or rehabilitation of infrastructure to benefit stakeholders in the fishing, beekeeping, and agricultural sectors.
