
Strengthening resilience in the area of food security and climate change adaptation among vulnerable population groups in four affected communities in Haiti

Project objective
The vulnerability to food crises of 11,389 families has been reduced through the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices and the implementation of nutritional education measures in the municipalities of Belle Anse (southeast), Cité Soleil (west), Petit Trou des Nippes, and Baradères (Nippes).

1. Strengthen local production capacities and the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices in selected areas
2. Apply good practices in nutrition, health and food hygiene
3. Improve processing and preservation methods for more stable access to food
